Lunch & Learn: Discover LifeFlow Program & Empower Sports Network’s Inclusive Programs for Individuals with Special Needs

Ocean Township, NJ — September 25, 2025 — Support Coordinators, Day Programs, Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), and caregivers in Monmouth County are invited to a free Lunch & Learn event to discover how the LifeFlow Program and Empower Sports Network are transforming lives through adaptive wellness programs and inclusive sports for individuals with special needs.
The event will take place on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 12:00 PM at Park Avenue Tennis Center in Ocean Township, NJ. Attendees will enjoy a complimentary lunch while learning how these programs can provide health, fitness, and community opportunities for people of all abilities.
Empowering Athletes and Building Confidence
Founded by Sam Kiningham, the LifeFlow Program offers customized fitness programs designed to improve physical health, build confidence, and foster social connections for individuals with special needs.
The Empower Sports Network, also led by Kiningham, is a nonprofit organization in Monmouth County that offers inclusive athletic programs, from Powerlifting and Track & Field to group fitness sessions. The organization also provides employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities, helping them develop workplace skills alongside athletic training.
“We want to give professionals and caregivers the chance to see firsthand how our programs empower individuals to live healthier, more confident, and more independent lives,” says Kiningham.
