Empower Sports Network is an organization dedicated to providing programs for kids and adults with special needs, with a strong focus on athletics, personal development, and employment opportunities. What sets us apart is our commitment to going beyond participation—we are building a community where individuals take on meaningful roles within the organization.

At Empower Sports Network, our goal is not just to serve our members—we are here to empower them to lead.

We believe in creating real opportunities for individuals to develop skills, gain experience, and take ownership within the organization. Whether it’s selling merchandise, helping run events, contributing to business operations, or leading their own podcast, our members are actively shaping the future of Empower Sports Network.

We are not all talk—we are taking action.

As part of that commitment, we have officially established a Member Leadership Board made up of individuals from within our program. This board represents a powerful shift toward inclusion, leadership, and hands-on involvement—giving our members a direct voice in how the organization grows. This Member Leadership Board operates as a committee of the official Board of Directors and serves in an advisory and leadership development capacity. Final governance and fiduciary responsibilities remain with the official Board of Directors.
