What We Do

Empower Sports Network is a nonprofit based in Monmouth County, NJ, offering adaptive sports, inclusive fitness, and job training for individuals with special needs. Our mission: Athletics for all, led by all.

Our all-abilities training center promotes inclusiveness through teamwork and goal setting—preparing athletes for both sports and the workforce.

ESN Athlete Selected for 2026 USA Games

Breaking Barriers: Dante Canzona Selected for 2026 Special Olympics USA Games

In less than a year since discovering powerlifting, Monmouth County athlete Dante Canzona has earned a spot on Team New Jersey for the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games in Minnesota. From his first meet at The Pit in Eatontown to shining at the New Jersey Summer Games, Dante’s journey has been marked by determination, growth, and true sportsmanship.

The Track & Field Team offers seasonal training and competition for athletes of all ability levels, with both Fall and Spring seasons. Athletes will focus on building endurance, speed, and agility.

Weightlifting Team is a coach-led strength program designed to help athletes develop safe lifting techniques while building strength and confidence. Our program emphasizes proper form and injury prevention, ensuring that each participant progresses at their own pace.

Gym Games is an exciting and inclusive program launching in Fall 2025, designed to provide athletes with fun, competitive opportunities in a variety of activities. This program features obstacle courses, relay races, and skill-based challenges that encourage teamwork, personal effort, and sportsmanship.
