About the event
Join us for a one-day, FREE trial Powerlifting session with Empower Sports Network! This event is your chance to experience what powerlifting is all about—learn proper lifting techniques, try the equipment, and meet our supportive Powerlifting Team.
This introduction is open to athletes of all abilities, no experience needed. After this kickoff, the Empower Powerlifting Team will meet once a month, giving athletes the opportunity to continue building strength, confidence, and community through the sport.
